Walking Adventures

The hills of Nepal are popular for hiking. Hiking provides you spectacular views of the mountains and deep valleys, as well as a chance to learn about the lifestyle of Nepalese people; their art, architecture and cultural traditions. Hiking in Nepal is popular among travelers who want to do trekking, but do not have sufficient time. A typical hike has a duration of 4 to 8 days. You just drive to the start point of a trail and begin to hike. It is generally 3 to 6 hours walking a day, through villages and wooded forest. After this walking, you will stay in a modern hotel or resort in the place of arrival. There is no need to hire a porter; a guide to help you along the way and to keep you company will be enough. Your belongings can be taken to your destination by car, so you will walk more comfortable and enjoy the scenery at the most. The only thing you need is small back pack to carry mineral water, your valuables, a lunch packet and other belongings that you might need during the walk. You will experience the feeling and surrounding of trekking, during the hiking. The scenery and experience of a day hike, will also give you an idea of what trekking in Nepal is about.
